Residence “Le Corti del Sole” is situated in Tuscany just a few km from the sea in the centre of the spa town Venturina Terme and Campiglia Marittima. The proximity to the spas and the sea makes it an extremely pleasant and relaxing location for a holiday.

The 35 Tuscan style apartments are spread over three courtyards and are equipped with every modern comfort and convenience: satellite TV; heating and air conditioning unit; safe; telephone; hair dryer; microwave; free Wi-Fi connection; terrace or patio with a garden; free parking, swimming pool; playground; barbecue area and table tennis.

The pool will be open from April 15, 2024.

ARRIVAL: Guests are assisted at check in by internal staff at the time indicated.If the arrival takes place after 7.00 pm, you must notify us by mail or by telephone in order to arrange the delivery of the apartment keys. If the arrival takes place at times outside the established without a previous written or telephone communication, the Direction will consider the reservation void and will be free to rent the apartment to third parties and the Direction will take the payment of the 100%. Guests are reminded that our Reception is not available 24 hours a day, so please consult our office hours for arrivals and departures during the various months of the year.

CHECK IN: upon arrival each guest will have to go to the Reception, deliver a valid ID, pay the deposit of € 150.00 cash.
The rate or the price of the stay is determined by the type of apartment, regardless of the presences.
The apartment can be occupied as soon as it is available and in any case not before 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be left within 10.00 am on the day of departure, otherwise the full cost of the night will be charged.

DEPOSIT RESTITUTION: On the day of departure, after checking that no damage or shortages have been reported in the apartment, the deposit of € 150.00 cash will be returned to the guest.

LIST OF THE INVENTORY: We invite the customer to check the state of the apartment and any lack of equipment or malfunctions at the time of arrival by reporting it to the Reception within the same day upon arrival, in order to provide the rearrangement as soon as possible and / or cleaning, repair or replacement of the missing.

SMOKING: All apartments are non-smoking. Inside each apartment there will be an ashtray to be used outside the apartments.

SUPPLY INCLUDED IN THE COST: Your stay includes the initial supply of towels, sheets, 1 tablecloth and 2 tea towels. Any requests for linen change in midweek or daily cleaning must be booked separately at least 1 day in advance and include the following charges to be paid at check out: linen and towel change € 5.00 (set of 3) per person, bed linen change € 5.00, kitchen set change € 5.00.

DAMAGES: It is recommended that guests do not move the furniture that wthe guest will find inside the rooms, remove or ruin any object contained in the apartments and in the common areas of the structure. In case of damage or lack of objects, equipment or furnishings, caused by improper use and not by normal wear and tear, the cost or repair will be directly deducted from the deposit paid at check in and billed at cost. In the event that the deposit is not sufficient, integration will be requested.

SAFETY: The Management is not responsible for objects, values ​​and things left in the parking lot or in the apartments,
will not be liable for any damage suffered to the cars.

ANIMALS: No pets in high season of any size, species or breed are allowed in the Residence. In other periods it will be at the discretion of the Management to accept or not animals.

BEHAVIOR IN THE RESIDENCE: Entrance to the apartments is forbidden to people not staying in the Residence. Eventual visitors can have access only with the authorization of the Direction after presentation of an identification document. For each apartment, a number of people is allowed corresponding to the number of beds and not higher. Residence customers will have to keep the volume of the T.V. and any other sound equipment so as not to disturb other guests. Guests are strictly forbidden from using wooden clogs, smoking inside the lodgings and throwing health items into the W.C. It is forbidden to spread the laundry or other items outside. Use the special drying racks supplied.

GUESTS: We inform our customers that daily Guests must be registered at the Reception providing a valid document.

SILENCE TIMETABLE: Customers must also observe the silence from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am and from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm

USE OF THE PLAYGROUND: The playground is available to our younger guests (from 0 to 6 years) 24h on 24h. Please respect.

COMMON AREA: we remind to our guests that the common area is on video surveillance with telecameras fot that we will claim any demages found in the Residence. The termal park is free open to all our guests in the morning and in the afternoon,not allowed the entrance in the evening and night.

BARBECUE: Le Corti del Sole has 2 fixed barbecue,the guests can use them but must be reserved on Reception.

GARBAGE: It is forbidden throw away garbage outside ,the allowed area near the parking (ecological area)

BICYCLES: It is forbidden bring the bicycles inside the rooms,They can be parked in the designed spaces

FIRES: no fires allowed

NIGHTS: The nights are 7 from saturday to saturday in July and August, in the rest of the year depends on the Residence opening

EQUIPMENT: at the end of the Holiday guests have to bring back keys or other equipment. For who lost the key of the apartment the amonut to pay is € 20,00

RESERVATION: To reserve the room is necessary to pay the 30% of the total amount and all must be paid before arrival due to COVID-19 rules

CANCELLATION: After reservation in case of cancellation 7/14 days before the check in (it depends on the period reserved) ,the amount will not be refunded ; the guest can use this amount to reserve in another period during the same year

POSTED ARRIVAL & EARLY DEPARTURE: They will be not refunded

CHECK OUT: Check out at 10 am any departure after that time will be considered LATE CHECK OUT and the amount of 1 night will be withheld

REGULATION NOTICE: Stay at Le Corti del Sole means accept all these rules and respect them
